I’ve been shortlisted in the BritMums BiBs Brilliance in Blogging Awards!

Woo-hoo! I woke up to the news that the Pigeon Pair and Me has been shortlisted in this year’s BritMums Brilliance in Blogging Awards, in the ‘family’ category. I’ve been doing a happy jig ever since.

THANK YOU to everyone who nominated the Pigeon Pair and Me!!!

I really didn’t expect to be shortlisted, as the standard of blogs these days is so high. I’m chuffed to be listed alongside people whose writing, photography and social media work are phenomenal.

Do check out the other shortlisted blogs, in Family and the other categories. There really are some treasures to be found, and it’s great to see so many of my friends up there. Good luck to all my blogging mates! I’ll be looking forward to raising a toast with you at the BiBs party.

Talk about a fantastic week. This time last Friday I was on a plane to Oslo, to see old friends. Not only did I get the chance to catch up with them and enjoy the Nordic sunshine, but then when I got back I started a course in advanced journalism AND signed up for a summer press trip with Eurocamp. I’m feeling pretty lucky right now – wishing lots of love and good fortune out to anyone reading this post!

Thanks for stopping by. XXXXXXX

Voting for the BritMums Brilliance in Blogging Awards closes at midnight on 18 May. You don’t have to vote in every single category, just the ones where your favourite blogs are listed. You can vote by clicking here.
